MyAddi does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is designed to support organisation and communication. Always follow the advice of your healthcare professionals.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter into MyAddi and for keeping your account secure. Do not share your login details with unauthorised people.
